Financial Result

The feasibility study has been prepared based on present Project Cost and available technical data in cooperation with a foreign expert Engineering Company that have experience in working with Iranian Companies, in order to clarify the scope of work and prepare the necessary document for applying the most new comprehensive financing package between the Government of the Islamic republic of Iran and the Chinese Authority. As far as MISBP is concerned, the total package at the moment is about 3.6 billion dollar whereas the 85% will be paid by the Financer and up to the 5% of needed equity will be provided by Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) method by the EPC contractor, in compliance with the FIPPA Law and finally the remaining 10% of equity will be settled by MISBP. The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and also the management of MIS are currently fully engaged together, on this new financing package.
